LMS Plus provides access to training, assessment, submissions, grading, feedback and learner record tools. Users must provide accurate information, keep login details private, submit only their own work, respect course material ownership, and follow the rules set by their organisation and AITLA Campus.

Organisations are responsible for managing their learners, uploaded content, marking decisions and communications. AITLA may suspend access where misuse, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment or policy breach occurs.

LMS Plus may collect names, ID numbers, contact details, business details, login emails, course records, uploaded files, marks, feedback and system activity. This information is processed to create accounts, manage learning access, support assessments, communicate results and keep required training records.

Information may be shared with authorised organisation administrators, facilitators, AITLA administrators and service providers required to operate the platform. Reasonable safeguards are applied to protect personal information in line with POPIA principles.
