We may collect your name, email address, phone number, ID number, qualification details, course applications, payment references, attendance, learning progress, assessment results, submitted files, certificate records, and support communications.
We process information to register learners, verify identity and email access, manage course applications, provide LMS access, track progress, administer assessments, communicate OTPs and password resets, manage payments, issue certificates, and comply with legal or administrative duties.
By registering, you consent to AITLA Campus processing your personal information for legitimate learning, administrative, communication, assessment, certification, and compliance purposes. You may contact AITLA Campus to ask questions about your information.
AITLA Campus may share necessary information with authorised staff, facilitators, service providers, hosting platforms, email/SMS providers, payment administrators, or regulators where required for LMS operation, learner support, or legal compliance.
AITLA Campus applies reasonable safeguards such as account passwords, OTP verification, access controls, secure hosting configuration, and restricted administrative access. Learners must also keep passwords and OTPs private.
Records may be kept for as long as needed for course administration, certification, financial records, legal compliance, learner support, and legitimate business purposes.
You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or assistance with privacy questions by contacting AITLA Campus through the official support channels.
To use the LMS, learners must accept the Terms & Conditions and consent to processing of personal information for course and platform administration. Without this consent, AITLA Campus may not be able to process the application or provide LMS access.
