By registering, applying for a course, logging into the LMS, or using AITLA Campus services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all reasonable academic, payment, conduct, and platform rules communicated by AITLA Campus.
You must provide accurate registration, contact, identity, and course information. AITLA Campus may use this information to process applications, manage enrolments, provide learning access, issue certificates, communicate with you, and meet administrative or legal obligations.
Course access may depend on application approval, payment confirmation, study mode, attendance requirements, or facilitator/admin approval. Payment references must be used correctly. Fees, access rules, refunds, and retake fees may differ by course or programme.
Learning materials, videos, manuals, quizzes, assignments, and assessments are provided for enrolled learners. You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, or misuse AITLA Campus materials without written permission.
You must complete quizzes, assignments, and exams honestly. Cheating, impersonation, sharing answers, bypassing controls, or disrupting assessment integrity may lead to cancelled attempts, suspension, failed assessment, or further action.
You must keep your login details confidential and use the LMS lawfully and respectfully. AITLA Campus may suspend access where accounts are misused, security is threatened, or terms are breached.
AITLA Campus may contact you about applications, OTPs, passwords, learning progress, payments, classes, assessments, certificates, support, and administration using email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other appropriate channels.
AITLA Campus aims to keep the LMS available and accurate, but technical interruptions, connectivity problems, maintenance, and third-party service issues may occur. Report issues promptly so they can be resolved.
AITLA Campus may update these Terms & Conditions when needed. Continued use of the LMS after updates means you accept the updated terms.
